RAYS defines the Volk Racing G025 by its well-founded line ethos — form shaped by function for road-going performance. True to the G-Series identity, every contour is driven by structural analysis from RAYS Engineering, enabling an ultra-slender 5mm spoke (where conventional designs typically require ~ 6.5mm) without compromising strength. The result is a refined, lightweight forged wheel that comfortably manages the demands of today’s high-output vehicles, delivering a precise, professional forged dynamic feel born from RAYS’ in-house motorsport experience. Design highlights include a universal 2×5 layout with the bolt hole positioned on the center of each spoke (rather than between spokes) and strategic weight-relief pockets beside the bolt hole and at the spoke root — 5-axis machined for accuracy and rigidity retention. A revised spoke section — distinct from G25 and G16 — caters to contemporary high offsets and big-brake clearances, creating a crisp, motorsport-inspired concavity. The G025 is offered in four face profiles to optimize fitment and stance across applications.
